General Instructions for Student Registration for Even Semester Diploma Examination in Online Mode
The purpose of this registration form is to confirm the accuracy of all student data which will be used for online examination
The students during registration will have to follow the below mentioned steps
Step 1 : Check for the accuracy of their data in the sections Primary Information, Details of Subject (Regular) and Details of Subject (Back Paper) (if Back Paper section appears in your form)
Step 2 : Enter the DOB, Mobile No and email address in the Personal Details section of the form. Please enter genuine information only as information like the registered mobile number will be used as credential during online examination
Step 3 : Upload your recent Photo, Thumb and Signature as per instructions given in the section. The form will not submit if any file is missing or not in the same format as specified in the instructions
Once the form is submitted, each student will get an email on the registered email address with all the details submitted in the form

ऑनलाइन मोड में विषम सेमेस्टर डिप्लोमा परीक्षा के लिए छात्र पंजीकरण के लिए सामान्य निर्देश
इस पंजीकरण फॉर्म का उद्देश्य सभी छात्र डेटा की सटीकता की पुष्टि करना है जिसका उपयोग ऑनलाइन परीक्षा के लिए किया जाएगा
पंजीकरण के दौरान छात्रों को नीचे दिए गए चरणों का पालन करना होगा
चरण 1 : Primary Information, Details of Subject (Regular) and Details of Subject (Back Paper) (यदि आपके फॉर्म में बैक पेपर अनुभाग दिखाई दे रहा है) अनुभागों में उनके डेटा की सटीकता की जांच करें
चरण 2 : फॉर्म के व्यक्तिगत विवरण अनुभाग में जन्मतिथि, मोबाइल नंबर और ईमेल दर्ज करें। कृपया केवल वास्तविक जानकारी दर्ज करें क्योंकि ऑनलाइन परीक्षा के दौरान पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर जैसी जानकारी का उपयोग क्रेडेंशियल के रूप में किया जाएगा
चरण 3 : अनुभाग में दिए गए निर्देशों के अनुसार अपना हाल का फोटो, अंगूठे का निशान और हस्ताक्षर अपलोड करें। यदि कोई फ़ाइल निर्देशों में निर्दिष्ट प्रारूप में नहीं है तो फॉर्म जमा नहीं होगा
फॉर्म जमा करने के बाद, प्रत्येक छात्र को पंजीकृत ईमेल पर एक ईमेल प्राप्त होगा जिसमें फॉर्म में जमा किए गए सभी विवरण होंगे
यदि आप अपने इनबॉक्स में ईमेल नहीं देखते हैं, तो कृपया स्पैम फ़ोल्डर की जाँच करें
Diploma IERT Helpdesk तक पहुंचने के लिए आप इस ईमेल का जवाब भी दे सकते हैं
अपने फॉर्म में किसी भी तरह के बदलाव के मामले में कृपया अपने विभाग से संपर्क करें

ऑनलाइन मोड में विषम सेमेस्टर डिप्लोमा परीक्षाओ के लिए पंजीकरण से वंचित छात्र/छात्राओ एवं संशोधन को देखते हुए पंजीकरण की तिथि 24/07/2021 को रात 12 बजे तक विस्तारित की जाती है |
